I'M FREEEEEEE!!!!!!!  
I finally spoke with a Sprint executive and they are releasing me from my contract without fee!!!! I'll finally get to go to a network I can actually make calls on!

It didn't work for me. Send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and a Sprint executive (who are the only people who can actually do something) will call you. Tell them you know that sending back the equipment nullifies your contract and the break fee legally. Then do some research for your area and go to a network that works.
